摘要 节能建筑方案的合理程度对节能效果和节能成本影响较大,节能方案评价是确定节能方案合理程度的关键步骤,评价方法和评价指标的选择不仅是节能方案评价的核心内容,更是决定评价的科学性和准确性及可行性的基础和前提。文章从经济、使用、环境三大方面建立了节能建筑设计方案评价指标体系;引入TOPSIS法进行多指标的方案评价,利用熵权方法确定指标的权重,通过专家打分,从节能技术、节能材料、节能效果及对环境的影响并从全生命周期的角度进行节能方案评价并结合某建筑节能住宅小区的实际算例验证了此评价方法的可行性。 Reasonable degree of energy-efficient building scheme has a great influence on the energy- saving effect and energy-saving cost, and the energy-saving scheme evaluation is the key step to determine the reasonable degree of energy conservation plan. The choice of evaluation method and evaluation index is not only the core content for evaluation of energy saving, but also decides the scientific nature and the accuracy of evaluation and is the basis and prerequisite of feasibility. The paper sets up an evaluation index system of energy-saving building design schemes from the aspects of economy, use and environment. It introduces the TOPSIS method for multi-index scheme evaluation and uses the entropy weight method to determine index weight. The case study applies the expert scoring from the aspects of technology, materials, energy-saving effect and the impact on the environment through the perspective of whole life cycle and combines a practical example of building's energy-saving residential area to verify the feasibility of the method.
