济南都市圈产业结构区域效应优化研究

Study on optimization of city group's industry structure regional effect:A case study on Jinan metropolitan area

基于济南都市圈产业结构区域效应现状进行分析,旨在找出其产业结构优化过程中存在的问题,使各城市及都市圈明确优势行业和弱势行业,通过优化使区域效应有所增强。文章主要采用SPSS软件、相关性系数和区位商方法对济南都市圈区域效应现状进行分析,结果表明:济南都市圈内部区域效应现状表现为极化效应强于扩散效应,核心城市济南对于其它6城市有一定累积效应,但产业同构现象已较为明显;根据济南都市圈外部区域效应测算结果对其进行分类,各城市产业参差不齐。济南都市圈各城市应在发展优势产业、增强比较优势的同时,对弱势产业注重经济要素投入,优化产业结构,增强区域效应。

On the basis of present development of Jinan metropolitan industrial structure, the paper aims to find out the problems in the optimization process of industrial structure, definite advantage industry and weak industry of the city and metropolitan area, and then increase the regional effect through the optimization. With SPSS software, correlation coefficient and location quotient method, the paper elaborates the regional effect of Jinan metropolitan area. The results show that the overall development level is still weak and the productivity needs to be improved. Internal regional effect mainly combines in the analytic result of relevant data in recent years with SPSS software and correlation coefficient, consequently the conclusion is that polarization effect is stronger than the diffusion effect. On the one hand, as the core city, Jinan has a cumulative effect on the other 6 city ; on the other hand,the phenomenon of same industry has become more obvious. The paper can make a classification of the effect of external area according to the survey results, and on this basis the paper makes clear advantage industries and weak industries in each city. Through the research, Jinan metropolitan industry structure will be optimized, and the regional effect will be enhanced if all cities focus on developing competitive industries to enhance the comparative advantage, at the same time, pay attention to the economic factor inputs on weak industries.
