快速城镇化背景下城市可持续性评价研究

Evaluation research on the performance of urban sustainability under the background of rapid urbanization

在城镇化加速发展的历史时期,城市发展的可持续性已成为城市管理者面临的重大而紧迫的问题。文章以济南市为例,通过大量文献综述和资料收集整理,借鉴国内外研究成果,构建适合济南市的可持续发展水平评价指标体系,以2000—2011年的统计数据为基础,采用熵值法计算济南近12年的可持续发展指数和协调指数,运用GE矩阵对济南市可持续发展总体表现进行了全面分析,对济南市可持续发展趋势进行了评价。结果表明:济南市近12年的可持续发展水平呈现不断提高的趋势,但社会、环境和经济三个分系统的发展水平存在不均衡现象。

In the historical period of accelerated development of urbanization, the urban sustainability has become the important and urgent problem for city managers. Taking Jinan as an example, this paper firstly establishes an indicator system based on comprehensive literature reviews, data collection and previous studies all over the world. Secondly, the development index and coordinated index of every year from 2000 to 2011 are calculated with the method of Entropy after data standardization. Finally, the GE Matrix is adopted to analyze the overall performance of Jinan＇ s sustainability and to evaluate the trend of sustainable development. It turns out that the sustainable development level of Jinan shows a rising trend, but there exists imbalanced development among social, economic and environmental subsystems.
