摘要
企业的竞争,归跟结底是人力资源的竞争。从这一道理上来讲,企业要想在竞争中胜出,就必须充分发掘人力资源优势,文章拟在传统人力资源管理的基础上,引入柔性管理的概念,并针对国有煤炭企业的特点,提出了柔性组织结构、柔性薪酬体系、柔性文化氛围等新理念,为国有煤炭企业人力资源的规划、建设、运转及效率等问题,提出了一些有益的可资借鉴的探讨。
Enterprise' s competition is the competition of human resources. From this point, if the enterprise wants to win in the competition, it is necessary to fully find the advantages of human resources. On the basis of traditional human resources management, concept of flexible management has been introduced. According to the characteristics of the state-owned coal mine enterprises, structure of flexible organization, flexible compensation system and flexible cultural atmosphere have been raised to provide beneficial references for human resources problems in state-owned coal mine enterprises of plan, construction and operation.
