摘要 通过考察波长、酸度、还原剂浓度、反应及放置时间对测定的影响,确定了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银分光光度法测定饲料级碳酸氢钠中砷的测定条件。优化测定条件后,运用本法测定饲料级碳酸氢钠中的砷,曲线线性关系较好,样品测定相对标准偏差小于20%、样品加标回收率在90.0%~105%之间。 The determination conditions of Arsenic in grade sodium bicarbonate by spectro- photometry were explored. Through the investigation of wavelength, acidity, concentration of re- ducing agent, reaction and place time, the pH of the waste liquid after the hydrogenation reaction were determined in the test. Optimization of determination condition, the determination of feed grade sodium bicarbonate by this way, curve linear relationship was good, the relative standard deviations was smaller than 20% , the recovery rate was 90.0% - 105%.
