摘要 目的分析外伤后癫痫临床与预后,为PTE的合理诊治提供参考。方法回顾性分析98例外伤后癫痫患者的临床表现、药物治疗效果及预后。结果 98例外伤后癫痫常见的表现为短暂的部分性发作,并常泛化为全身强直阵挛发作。一线抗癫痫药物治疗总有效率为77.5%。结论外伤后癫痫是局灶性癫痫中常见类型,正确地诊断、良好的依从性与规范化治疗可明显改善其预后。 Objective: Analyzing the post-traumatic epilepsy's clinical manifestations and prognosis to provide a reference for the reasonable treatment of PTE. Methods: The clinical manifestations, effects of drug treatment and prognosis of 98 cases of post-traumatic epilepsy patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 98 cases' common manifestation is brief partial seizures, and often generalized to tonic-clonic seizures. The first-line antiepileptic drug therapy's total effective rate is 77.5%. Conclusion: Post-traumatic epilepsy is a common type of focal epilepsy, correct diagnosis, good compliance and standardized treatment can significantly improve the prognosis.
