摘要
近年来,山东省民营企业由于自身发展特点造就了中层管理者激励方面的某些优势,但在激励中存在一些问题,包括薪酬体系不合理、绩效评估不科学、培训体系不完善等。为提高山东省民营企业中层管理者的积极性,应建立可行的薪酬激励制度、科学的绩效考核标准,注重对中层管理者的培训,以促进山东省民营企业的长足发展。
Based on analyzing the advantage of motivating middle managers of private enterprises in Shan-dong Province, the author analyzes the main problems existing in the middle management incentive, including unreasonable salary system, performance evaluation being not scientific and the training system being not per-fect etc. On this basis, it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the enthusiasm of the middle managers of private enterprises in Shandong Province, including the establishment of feasible salary incentive system, establishing a scientific performance appraisal system and focusing on the middle manager training etc. so as to rapid development of private enterprises.
