摘要
本文研究世界动物卫生组织(OIE)兽医体系效能(PVS)评估的背景,提出指标体系、预期效用和实施程序,分析了PVS评估工作的特点,基于我国兽医实际现状,对推进我国兽医体系效能评估工作提出了建议。
The background for the Evaluation of Performance of Veterinary Services （PVS） of the World Organiza- tion for Animal Health （OIE） is studied its indicator system, expected effect and implementation procedures are pro- posed, and analysis the characteristics for the Evaluation of PVS analysed in this paper.And suggestions are put forward with regard to the promotion of our PVS evaluation according to the actual situation in China.
