摘要
对电子文件的有效管理 ,主要是依赖于对元数据的科学管理。文章介绍了元数据的概念及结构体系 ,提出对元数概念的标准化问题 ,应该如何结合电子文件管理系统建立元数据模型等等 ,并介绍了国外对相关项目的研究情况。
It depends upon the scientific management of the metadata to m anage ef fectively the electronic documents. The article introduces the concept of the me tadata and its structural system, puts forward some issues such as standardizati on of the metadata conception and how to establish metadata model combined with management system of electronic documents, etc. and introduces related research situation in foreign countries.
