本文介绍的一级热脱附装置,不使用冷阱,可使热脱附的样品谱带在色谱柱头保持"塞子"形,适用于气、液、固各种类型样品中痕量挥发性组分的吸附浓缩/热脱附/气相色谱分析,色谱仪不需改动即可联用.实际应用结果表明,该装置性能良好,完全可以替代二级热脱附装置.

A one-step desorption equipment is described. The system can keep the desorbed Component band as a plug at the column inlet without the need of using cryogenic trap. The equipment is suitable for the adsorption and thermal desorption of trace volatile components in gas, liquid and solid samples for gas chromatographic analysis. It can be coupled easily with any gas chromatograph. The practical applications show that the equipment is good in performance and can substitute for the usual two-step thermal desorption equipment.
