江淮地区小城镇历史风貌的保护与再现——以巢湖市柘皋镇历史街区保护规划为例

Protection and Representation of Historical Characteristics in Small Towns of Jianghuai Region——Taking the Historical Block Protection Planning of Zhegao, Chaohu for Example

历史街区的保护是一项综合性的系统工程,其根本目的是通过对历史街区物质空间的保护和改造,在保持历史街区整体风貌的前提下,恢复其原有功能与活力,从而使历史街区这一文化遗产得以延续下去。文章以巢湖市柘皋镇历史街区保护规划为例,结合所处江淮地区的文化特点和背景对其生存现状进行解读,着力于探索适合柘皋镇历史街区的发展模式,提出以保护为基础、进行适当更新和改造,从而实现历史风貌再现和街区复兴的设计策略。

The historical block protection is a comprehensive systematic project. Its fundamental purpose is to restore its original functions and vitality through protection and transformation of physical space of the historical block. It should maintain the overall historical style and achieve continuity of the cultural heritage. Taking the historical block protection planning of Zhegao, Chaohu for example, the author deciphers the current survival status with combination of the cultural characteristics and background in Jianghuai region, attempts to explore the development mode suitable for Zhegao historic district, and presents the design strategy that is appropriately update and transform based on protection so as to realize historical characteristics representation and block reconstruction.
