The Carrier Of Port City Culture In Waterfront Revival——New Concepts In The Design Of Contemporary Cruise Terminal

国际邮轮业的快速发展带动了一系列邮轮码头的建设,很大一部分相同类型的工程位于海港城市中心的旧港区。伴随着城市港区滨水地带的开发复兴,邮轮码头客运站在规划设计时更多地考虑了位于滨水区交通建筑的社会功能。本文从港城的文脉延续、滨水公共空间的构建以及港城滨水意象的塑造等方面解析了当代邮轮码头客运站设计中出现的新理念。

The rapid development of the global cruise industry led to a series of constructions of cruise terminal, the majority of the same type of projects are located in the old harbor district which is in the center of the port city. Accompanied by the revival of the waterfront in the urban harbor district, the planning and design of the cruise terminal is taken more into account of the social function of the waterfront traffic architecture. This article makes analysis of the new concepts in the design of contemporary cruise terminal from the point of views of continuation of the context of the port city, construction of the waterfront public space and the sculpturing of the imagery of the port city.
