摘要 简述了将萃取法应用于三聚甲醛生产的工艺流程,分析了pH值、萃取温度、萃取剂等参数对萃取工艺的影响,讨论了流程中的关键控制点及优化方案,综合经济性和工艺适宜性,选择苯作萃取剂,NaOH作萃取助剂,pH值在8.5-9.0,萃取温度48℃~52℃,实践运行效果良好。 The technological process of applying the extraction method in the trioxymethylene production was intro- duced in brief. The impact of such parameters as pH, extraction temperature, phase interface, flow rate, etc. on the process were analyzed. Besides, the critical control points of the process and the optimization program were discussed. From the point of view of economics and appropriateness, the process conditions are preferably as follows: benzene is to be used as the extraction agent, sodium hydroxide to be as the extraction auxiliary, pH value to be between 8.5 and 9.0, and the ex- traction temperature to be between 48 C and 52 C. Practice proves that good effect can be achieved under such process conditions.
