炼焦煤的快速加热研究

Study on Rapid Heating of the Coking Coal

探讨了煤快速加热技术，通过炼焦煤的快速加热实验结果表明，对炼焦煤进行快速加热能够使炼焦煤的塑性区间增宽，增宽幅度在10℃～22℃，从而达到改善炼焦煤黏结性和结焦性的目的；同时，煤快速加热后，所得焦炭的反应性和转鼓强度都有所改善，不同的煤种反应性改善效果不同，幅度从3％到6％，转鼓强度略有改善。

The technology of rapid heating of the coking coal was discussed. The experiment result of the rapid heat- ing of the eoking coal showed that it could extend the plastic zone of the coking coal, and that in turn, can improve the caking property and cokeability of the eoking coal. Besides, through rapid heating of the coal, the hot strength of the coke can be improved as well.
