摘要
通过测定灰水系统各点的氨氮含量,发现灰水中的氨氮含量远远高于工艺包中的数值;理论分析认为变换冷凝液中氨含量随气化炉操作压力的升高而增大;针对灰水中的氨氮含量超标导致蒸发热水塔热水室、高温热水泵泵体、叶轮等结垢的问题,通过在汽提塔凝液中添加分散剂,提高汽提塔操作温度等措施,较好地抑制了灰水结垢。
The study on the grey water system of the gasification unit indicated that the ammonia content is far more than the specified process value. The ammonia content increases with the increase of the gasifier operating pressure. The excessive ammonia content leads to serious scaling of the evaporation hot water tower, the high-temperature hot water pump casing and its impellers, which is unfavorable for stable and long-period operation of the plant. After taking some improvement measures the scaling problem was effectively corrected.
