摘要 提出了使用大型蒸汽管干燥机处理量为400 t/h煤调湿的控制系统方案;介绍了两种煤调湿水分控制的方法:公式法和前馈+反馈控制法,比较了两种方法的优缺点及使用条件,可为干燥机出口湿含量控制模块的发提供理论依据。 CMC technology is different from the coal drying method. The moisture of the coal to be charged into the coke oven has to be brought down and be properly controlled. Big dryers usually have non-linear control systems, causing extensive delay in their performance. And that makes it difficult to determine the calculation model. Precise control of moisture is very difficult. The control method of feedforword-feedhack is worked out by the author, and in actual applica- tion, the dry product moisture deviation is less than 0.5%. With the research and development, now the control system of the large steam tube dryer can have a 400 t/h capacity (moisture content being about 10%). In practice, it has been run- ning for several months, using a set of Siemens $7-400 PLC, and the effect is very good.
