Coal Chemical-based Propylene Production Process and Its Expected Downstream Products

综述了目前煤经甲醇制烯烃的几种主要工艺技术路线,包括MTP、MTO、DMTO、SMTO、FMTP等;分析了丙烯主要下游产品聚丙烯、环氧丙烷、丙烯晴的用途、市场情况及生产工艺;石油价格高启的情况下,煤经甲醇制烯烃技术通过不断创新完善,具有较好的前景。

Propylene is an important raw material in the petrochemical industry. The feature of China＇s energy struc- ture is that it is rich in coal but short of oil or gas, and that is a major obstacle to its propylene development. With the in- creasing rise of the crude oil price and the intense monopolization of the petrochemical industry, MTO/MTP projects e- merge one after another, and have become an important part of the industrial chain of the coal chemical industry. The propylene production process routes based on coal chemical industry were discussed and the use, market situation and de- velopment prospects of the propylene derivative products were also introduced.
