Relationship Between Somatotropic Hormone Axis and Copper stimulated Growth

日粮中添加适量的铜可显著促进动物的生长 ,但其确切作用机理不明确。动物的生长受生长激素 ( GH)和胰岛素样生长因子( IGF)轴的调控 ,GH和 IGF水平因铜的添加而显著升高 ,并与铜促生长发生密切相关。其机理可能是铜能调控促生长调节肽的合成和释放。

This paper investigated the regulated effect of growth hormone insulin like growth factors axis(GH IGFs axis)on the copper stimulated growth .High dietary copper was shown to stimulated the growth of domestic animal and poultry.Copper stimulated growth was regulated by growth hormone insulin like growth factors axis,concentration of growth hormone mRNA and insulin like growth factors axis,concentration of growth hormone mRNA and insulin like growth factors was numerically increased by copper feeding.One important function of copper was ability to modulated the release and synthesis of growth promoting regulatory petides.
