基于剖分框架的地形图图幅统一编码方法 被引量:1

摘要 地形图作为国家最重要的基础地图资料,在经济、国防建设以及科研工作中起着重要作用,而目前世界各国和地区的地形图图幅分幅、编码采用的方法各异,缺少统一标准。为解决由于世界各国采取的地形图图幅编码方法不统一带来的数据共享等系列问题,本文提出基于等经纬网剖分框架的全球地形图图幅统一编码方法。鉴于不同比例尺地形图图幅可由不同尺度的等经纬网剖分面片集聚合而成,该方法采用剖分面片集中的定位面片编码、经向面片个数和纬向面片个数等组织的编码来唯一标识地形图图幅。通过实例分析证明本文提出的方法可行,且编码地理含义直观、使用方便。 Topographic maps are the most important cartographic documents of every country and play a significant role in economy, national security and scientific research. Currently different countries or re-gions use different types of topographic map subdivision systems, which brought a series of problems such as data sharing. In order to solve it, this paper put forward a unified encoding method for global Topo-graphic map based on equal-graticules subdivision framework. Because different scale topographic maps might be aggregated by different equal-graticules subdivision cells, the unified encoding method used the code of positioning cell that closed to the intersection of the equator and the prime meridian, the number of cells alone the direction of longitude and latitude. At last, the experimental results show that this unified encoding method for global topographic map is feasible, effective and readable while its geographical mean-ing is intuitive.
