摘要
为提供胃动力注射液的安全性毒理学评价资料 ,本试验采用改良 Karber法测定小鼠 LD50 ;以剂量递增法测定小鼠蓄积性和耐受性 ;分别以剂量 1 .381 ,0 .5 82 ,0 .2 76mg/kg为 3个试验组 ,设阴性和阳性对照组进行小鼠骨髓微核试验 ;分别以剂量 2 .1 5 4,1 .0 77,0 .5 39mg/kg为 3个剂量组 ,设阴性和阳性对照组进行小鼠精子畸形试验 ,结果表明 :其 LD50 为 2 .76 2 mg/kg,蓄积系数大于 5 .3,无明显蓄积毒性和耐受性 ( P >0 .0 5 ) 。
In order to provide some scientific data for safety evaluation of gastrodynam injection,this test determined LD 50 by Kmproved karber method,accumulative toxicity by progressive dose increasing method,bone marrow micronucleuw test with 3 experimental groups at dosage of 1.381,0.552 and 0.276 mg/kg respectively and positive and negative control groups ,spermatogenic malformative test with 3 experimental groups at dosage of 2.154,1.077 and 0.539 mg/kg respectively and positive and negative cantrol groups.It also determined the tolerance.Experimental animal used in these 5 tests are mice.The results showed that LD 50 is 2.762 mg/kg and accumulative coefficient is>5.3 mg/kg.The other 3 results are all negative.
