With the rapid development and increasingly serious competition of hotel industry, the professional qualities of hotel employ- ee become more and more important.At the basement of features of hotel industry,this paper analyzes the requirement of professional qualities, gets some typical cases of low professional qualities, and finds out the crucial reason of the problem.At last, it also puts for- ward the way to improve the professional qualities of employee.
