Research progress on mechanisms of absorption and transportation of selenium

摘要 硒是人体必需的微量元素,是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidases,GPXs)及其他含硒酶的活性中心,在机体内发挥多种生物学功能。适量硒对重金属和非金属毒性具有解毒作用。
