以教育信息化推动教师专业化——访联合国教科文组织教师发展与高等教育司司长戴维·阿乔莱那 被引量:16

摘要 教师质量以及对教师持续的专业教育与培训,一直都是有质量教育的核心。不过,时至今日,世界范围内的教师队伍无论是数量还是质量,无论是教学实践还是教师培养,都面临着系统性的挑战。但联合国教科文组织指出,这种情形必须加以改变。该组织坚信,通过全面、系统的方法以及对信息化技能的强化,可以优化教育及教师教育体系,以更好应对新时期的挑战。为此,该组织近年来提出了一系列倡议,包括巩固教师教育实习基地的建设、加强利益相关方的协作关系、促进教育决策者的能力建设、开发并实施教师信息化框架等,从而将教育信息化与旨在促进教师专业化的教师教育工作融为一体。为深入了解教科文组织近年来在教育信息化和教师专业化方面的探索与实践,笔者在2013年6月出席联合国教科文组织信息通讯技术与全民教育政策高层论坛之际,采访了联合国教科文组织教师发展与高等教育司司长戴维·阿乔莱那(David Atchoarena)。在访谈中,阿乔莱那分析了信息化在教育领域中产生的影响,以及该组织为促进教育信息化发展,特别是以教育信息化推动教师专业化发展所作出的努力。阿乔莱那认为,信息化改变了教育者和学习者的教与学的体验,正在改变传统学校的教育教学模式,特别是世界范围内兴起的开放教育资源运动正在掀起一场教育革命;教育信息化呼唤新时期教师角色的转换,教师要充分利用信息化手段,努力提升自身的信息素养和专业素质,适应信息化时代的发展需求。 The quality of teaching force and its continuous professional education and training play key roles in quality education. However, it is currently facing systematic challenges around the world, whether on its quantity or quality, teaching practice or teacher training, which must be changed from the view of UNESCO. To deal with these new era' s challenges, UENSCO believes in that education systems and teacher education systems could be improved through a comprehensive and holistie way as well as harnessing ICT skills. Henceforth, UNESCO puts forward a lot of initia- tives in recent years, such as enhancing the practicing bases for teacher education, strengthening the partnerships with stakeholders, fascinating capacity building for education policy - makers, de- veloping ICT framework for teacher' s capacity, etc. To know more that how UNESCO integrates teacher professional development with ICT applying in Education, we interviewed with David At- choarena, Director for Division of Teacher Development and Higher Education, UNESCO. This in- terview presents the great impact of ICT in education, which is changing the experience of educators and learners as well as the traditional school education' s model, and calling for new role for new era ' s teachers.
