摘要
目的探讨基层卫生院通过综合防治措施对农村高血压患者血压控制达标率的影响。方法通过有计划、有组织、定时、定点或上门入户的方式对200例农村高血压患者进行综合防治。结果通过综合防治措施,200例高血压患者饮食结构改善,服药依从性及血压达标率等明显提高。结论综合防治措施是基层医院农村高血压患者血压控制达标率的有效方法。
Objective To explore comprehensive measures of rural basic hospitals through blood pressure control rate of hypertension patients. Methods A total of rural 200 hypertension patients were taken with a comprehensive prevention and control treatment by planned, organized, timing, fixed way. Results After treatment, diet structure of patients was im- proved and medication compliance and blood pressure control rate were increased remarkably. Conclusion Comprehensive measures may be an effective method to Control blood pressure of hypertension patients in rural areas.
