摘要
目的探讨恩度联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的护理方法。方法对40例行恩度联合化疗治疗的患者,针对不同的心理特点给予相应的心理护理和健康教育,使用时严格按照恩度的应用程序和方法,做好药物的保管、配制,按要求调整输液速度,密切观察不良反应,及时作出处理和相应的护理措施。结果 40例患者均未出现严重的毒副反应。结论使用恩度联合化疗只要护理得当,不良反应较轻,患者能耐受。
Objective To discuss the nursing method of Endostar combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 40 cases of patients with Endostar combined with chemo- therapy treatment, psychological care and health education according to different psychological characteristics, when used in strict accordance with the applications and methods Endostar, do drugs, prepared according to the require- ments of custody, adjust the infusion speed, close observation of adverse reactions, timely treatment and correspond- ing nursing measures. Results The 40 patients all did not appear serious side reaction. Conclusion The use of En- dostar combined with chemotherapy as long as the appropriate nursing, mild adverse reactions, patients can tolerate.
