对建筑工业化的概念、建造方式、结构体系及内容进行了介绍,同时阐述了精益建筑的含义及最后计划者技术,分析了精益建筑应用于建筑工业化的必要性与可行性,以期通过精益建筑理论,对建筑工业化管理起到抛砖引玉的作用。

The paper introduces the concept of the architectural industrialization, the construction ways, the structural system and the contents, illustrates the definition of the Lean Architecture and the last planner technique, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility for the Lean Architec- ture in the architectural industrialization, so as to lead to the management of the architectural industrialization according to the Lean Architectural theory.
