Facing Problems and Deveroping Strategies of Agriculture in Western Area of China

本文论述了西部农业开发面临的问题和困难,提出了西部农业开发的对策,并建议在西部组建10大农业生产基地,开展3大生态环境工程建设以及6大科技示范工程;最后提出了10个应加强研究的科技领域.

This paper discussed the problems and difficulties of agricultural development in western area of China, put forward the strategies of agricultural development, and suggested that 10 bases of agricultural production should be constructed, 3 items of eco-envirromental enginering and 6 sci-technological demostra-tive enginering should be developed, and 10 research fields should be strengthed.
