结合工程实践,对EPC工程监理的组织形式进行了详细介绍,并对EPC工程承包模式下的监理工作方法作了分析,指出项目监理工作的组织实施必须统一领导与合作、工作内容必须突出重点和要点。

Combining with engineering practice, this paper introduced in detail the organization form of EPC engineering supervision, and ana- lyzed the supervision work methods under EPC engineering contracting mode, pointed out that the organization implementation of project supervi- sion work must be unified leadership and cooperation, the work contents must be focus on key points.
