分析了水利建筑工程施工单位企业文化建设的现状,提出了企业文化建设要突出以人为本、结合本单位实际、循序渐进、注重功能发挥的思路,进而从企业文化建设的理论、实践及可持续发展三方面总结了水利工程施工单位企业文化建设的建议。

The paper analyzes construction unit enterprise culture developing status of hydraulic engineering, puts forward enterprise culture de- velopment concept including taking people as the orientation, combining with actual unit conditions and developing functions, and summarizes suggestions of construction unit enterprise culture development of hydraulic engineering from three aspects of enterprise culture developing theory, practice and sustainable development.
