摘要
在钢铁企业生产中,需要大量的冷却水对各种炼钢、轧钢设备进行冷却。本文针对转炉冷却塔中进水和出水温度的控制所采用的控制策略与算法进行了分析、设计,采取了基于微分先行PID算法的复合控制策略对冷却水温度加以控制。使得冷却塔出水温度更加稳定,利于生产效率的提升。
In the production of iron and steel enterprise, a lot of cooling water tbr cooling is required for various steelmaking, rolling mill eqnipments.The control strategy and algorithm is adopted in this paper to analyze control the inlet and outlet temperature of cooling tower ,the temperature of cooling water is based on the compound control strategy and differential forward PID algorithm to control.The stable outlet temperature is advantage to promote the efficiency of production.
