摘要
变电站电缆沟是敷设电力电缆的地下专用通道,对于电缆的正常运行具有十分重要的作用。但是,变电站电缆沟在设计时一般是按自然排沙除泥考虑,在实际运行中发现,正常情况下自然排沙除泥可以满足运行要求,但遇异常的较大量泥沙时,自然排沙除泥不能满足要求,容易造成电缆沟堆积泥沙,运行人员有时候不得不手动进行排沙除泥作业,存在安全隐患,且费时费力。电缆沟自动排沙除泥装置的研制的目的就是在于解决上述问题,而提供一种省时省力,清理方便,清理彻底,有效清除安全隐患的新型自动排沙除泥装置。
Substation cable trench is dedicated underground channel cable, which plays a very important role in the normal operation of the cable. However, substation cable trench in the design in general is based on natural sediment into account, found in the actual operation, under normal circumstances, natural sediment can meet the operating requirements, but in case of abnormal a large amount of sediment, the sediment can not meet the requirements, easy to cause the cable trench accumulated sediment, operators sometimes have to manually row sediment operation, hidden safety problems, and time-consuming. Development of automatic sediment discharge device of cable trench's aim is to solve the above problems, and provides a time-saving, convenient cleaning, thorough cleaning, a new automatic sediment device effectively remove safety hazards.
