龟背竹组培快繁中芽增殖培养基和生根培养基的筛选

The Selection of Culture Media for Ceriman Propagation

以试管龟背竹丛生芽为材料 ,以芽增殖芽的方式快速繁殖植株。根据Skoog和Miller的激素配比模式 ,对芽增殖和生根进行多种培养基配方试验 ,结果表明 ,以MS + 6 BA 10 .0mg/L +NAA 1.0mg/L +水解乳蛋白 (LH) 5 0 0 .0mg/L ,蔗糖含量为 30g/L的培养基芽增殖效果最好 ,繁殖系数为 4.0 ;以 1/ 2MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L +IBA0 .5mg/L ,蔗糖含量为 2 0g/L的生根培养基效果最好。

The mass buds of ceriman were cultured to rapidly multiply plantlets. The experiment in plant growth regulator used in MS medium was conducted. The result indicated the medium: MS+10.0mg/L 6-BA+1.0gm/L NAA+500.0mg/L LH+30g/L sucrose as regeneration medium, had best efficiency and the multiplication coefficient was 4.0; and the medium:1/2MS+0.5mg/L NAA+ 0.5 mg/L IBA+20g/L sucrose as root medium, could promote the root development.
