摘要 在线测量线缆的直径、长度等参数是确保稳定电线电缆产品的质量和生产速度的依托。本文介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的电缆线长、线径在线测量仪器。该仪器使用高精度步进电机牵引线缆并测量其长度,采用线性CCD传感器实现了线缆直径的在线测量,同时使用LabVIEW软件编写了上位机软件采集并记录测量线缆的线长及线径,以曲线图表的形式直观的显示出来,可以让用户通过软件调取任意线长位置的线径,实时了解测量数据。并通过加入了机械减振装置和使用曝光时间可达微秒级的高速CCD,降低了线缆抖动所引起的测径误差。 Precise online measurement of cable diameter and length will ensure stability of quality production and production speed.This paper describes a measuring device to measure cable length and diameter simultaneously,accomplish online production process control.High-precision stepper motor is used in this device for cable towing and the measurement of cable length.And linear CCD sensor is used for online measurement for cable diameter.The software is designed by LabVIEW collect the result of diameter and length measurement,then display the result on the chart in the form of waveform.The user can read the cable diameter at any length of the cable for controlling the measurement in real-time.In order to reduce the cable diameter measurement error caused by vibration,the measuring system use a mechanical damping device and highspeed CCD sensors which exposure time is up to microseconds.
