摘要
提出了一种利用直线方程的矢量跟踪新方法,成功实现了大幅面扫描仪采集工程图的矢量转化,制作了首台基于多线阵CCD的大幅面拼接型高精度一次性成像扫描仪。通过验证及最后的测试结果表明:项目组制作的大幅面扫描仪最大幅面A0,分辨率高达1200DPI,扫描速度达到2.54 cm/s,扫描后拼接精度能达到+/-3像素,单张高分辨率图像最大容量达到5G左右,并在此大容量图像条件下,将细化后的直线进行矢量化,先提取出图中的所有交叉点,然后对图像中的连通段通过直线方程比较的方式进行合并,不仅解决了识别交叉点跟踪的问题,而且解决了细化后出现的断线问题。
This paper puts forward one straightline equation vectorization method,and successfully completes high-resolution images’ vectorization conversion with high speed and high quality.Based on multiple linear CCD,our team made the first large-format,clicking,high-resolution,one-off imaging scanner.The experiment and test result shows that,the scanner has up to A0 image,up to 120-dpi resolution,up to 2.54cm/s scanning speed,and after the scanning,the resolution will be up to +/-3 pixels,the biggest capacity of single high resolution image can be up to 5G.On this condition with so big capacity image,vectorilizing the thinning image.Firstly collect the cross point from whole image.Secondly for the connected area,combine the straightline by straightline equation.This method not only solves the problem of vector tracking on crossing point,but also solves the problem of borken line after thinning.
