补虚解毒法干预骨髓增生异常综合征的观察

Effect of Chinese herb for tonifying deficiency and eliminating toxicity on the treament of Myelodysplastic syndrome patients

目的观察补虚解毒法中药配合西药干预骨髓增生异常综合征的临床治疗效果。方法 14例MDS患者采用补虚解毒中药治疗,结合分型予西医常规支持或小剂量化疗治疗,观察比较治疗前后外周血细胞、骨髓病态造血分析以及输血需求频次等指标。结果 4例患者总有效率78.57%,外周白细胞、血红蛋白均较前升高(P<0.05),病态造血情况也较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),输血依赖或输血频繁患者较治疗前减少(P<0.05)。结论补虚解毒中药结合西医常规治疗MDS患者的总体反应良好,包括有血液细胞不同程度的提高、骨髓造血改善,明显减少输血依赖,并无1例转白,有益于患者生存质量的提高。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herb for tonifying deficiency and eliminating toxicity in treating myelodysplastic syndrome （MDS） patients. Methods Chinese herb for tonifying deficiency and eliminating toxicity was used to treat 14 MDS patients, combined transfusion supporting and low-close chemical therapy for several courses. Then WBC, HBG, dyshaematopoiesis and blood transfusion frequency were detected. ~ Results Total effective rate is 78.57% , compared before treatment WBC, HBG were elevated （P 〈 O. 05 ） , dyshacmatopoiesis were better （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, and blood transfusion frequency were reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Combined treatment with Chinese herb for tonifying deficiency and eliminating toxicity had a good therapeutic effect for MDS patients. It could attain hematological improvement, better life quality, low leukemia transforming.
