蚯蚓养殖基床配比成分优化组合试验探究 被引量:5

摘要 文章通过蚯蚓模拟养殖试验,旨在应用不同原料(牛粪、玉米秸秆和蚯蚓粪混合沙土)配比饲养蚯蚓,选择其最佳优化组合。试验共设8个处理的不同原料配比,15 d预试期,30 d正试期,每个处理接种1 kg蚯蚓,室温条件下进行养殖试验。通过测定蚯蚓增重、相对蚓粪产率、蚯蚓茧数和蚯蚓增加条数指标,来筛选牛粪、玉米秸秆和蚯蚓粪混合沙土养殖蚯蚓的最佳优化组合。试验结果表明:仅考虑蚯蚓产茧指标,处理组Ⅵ的效果呈显著性差异(P<0.05),其相对蚓粪产率为117.86%,增加的蚯蚓条数为(43.33±10.74)条,蚯蚓茧数为(11.67±4.68)个,总重为(49.17±3.45)g。只考虑蚯蚓条数的增加,处理组Ⅴ的效果呈显著性差异(P<0.05),其相对蚓粪产率为94.31%,增加的蚯蚓条数为(31.00±11.48)条,蚯蚓茧数为(5.67±2.22)个,总重为(45.72±1.51)g。通过8个处理组的比较,处理组Ⅳ(牛粪秸秆混合沙土=7015 15)组合的效果呈极显著性差异(P<0.01),相对蚓粪产率为89.33%,增加的蚯蚓条数为(40.33±9.35)条,蚯蚓茧数为(11.83±5.30)个,总重为(52.28±3.38)g。 This text was conducted to select the best optimization group through the experiment of earthworms breeding. Three materials were applied in this paper follow as cow dung, maize straw and wormcast mixed sand, and was given to eight treatment groups according to different materials ratio. There were 45 days in each experimental period ,including 15 days in pre-feed-ing period and 30 days in sampling period. Each treatment group was given 1 kg earthworms to breed under the room temperature. Some indexes were determined, including weight-gain of earthworms, relative yield of earthworm, earthworm cocoons and number of earthworms in-creased, in order to study the effects of the best optimum combination in the breed earthworms. The results showed that, group Ⅵ effects was significant difference(P〈0.05) compared to earth-worm cocoon , the relative yield of earthworm 117.86%, increasing the number of earthworms to 43.33±10.74, earthworm cocoons for 11.67±4.68, total weight of (49.17±3.45) g. And considered increasing the number of earthworms, group Ⅴ effects was significant difference (P〈0.05), the relative yield of earthworm 94.31%, increase number of earthworms 31 ± 11.48, earthworm co-coons is 5.67 ± 2.22, total weight to 45.72 ± 1.51 g. In conclusion, through the comparisons of 8 treatment groups, group Ⅳ had significant effects at the rate of 70??15??15 by cow dung, maize stalks and mix sandy soil (P〈0.01), the relative earthworm excrement production rate is 89.33%, the earthworm strip number that increases is 40.33 ± 9.35, the earthworm co-coon number is 11.83 ± 5.30, the gross weight is (52.28±3.38) g.
