摘要
某大型采石场地质条件复杂,既要开采石料符合块度级配要求,又要控制大块率、降低粉矿率。根据采场地质结构及生产条件,经过反复实验,发现通过控制一次起爆排数、选取适当的孔网参数、采取合理的装药结构等措施,可以显著改善爆破效果。现场应用情况表明,采用这一系列措施,不但能满足工程高质量的要求,而且经济效益显著。可供类似工程参考。
Geological conditions is very complex in a large quarry, it is required that the stone must satisfy the block grading, bulk must be controlled and the rate of ore fines must be reduced. According to the geological structure and production conditions of the job site, after repeated experiments, it is found that the blasting effect can be improved significantly by controlling initiation rows, selecting the appropriate pore network parameters, taking reasonable charge structure and so on. The field applications show that these techniques can meet the engineering requirements and bring economic benefits dramatically. It would offer references for similar project.
