SO_4^(2-)/MnO_(2-)SiO_2固体超强酸催化剂的制备研究

摘要 以硫酸锰和水玻璃为原料,采用分别沉淀—浸渍法制备不同比例的SO42-/MnO2-SiO2。以催化合成乙酸苄酯为探针反应,考察Mn与Si的摩尔比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对其催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,催化剂的最佳条件为:Mn与Si的摩尔比为1.0∶1.5,焙烧温度为400℃,焙烧时间为3 h,酯化率达最大,93.7%。 solid super acid catalyst SO42-/MnO2- SiO2 has been synthesized from manganese sulfate and sodium silicate as raw materials by applying approach of co-corporation-immersions. The reaction of preparation of benzyl acetate is applied to testify catalyst's activity. Through identifying molar ratio of Mn and Si, roasting temperature and time, the activity of catalyst is optimized. The results demonstrated the best condition in preparation of catalyst is 1.0/1.5 Mn/Si in molar, 400℃ and 3 h. In addition, the reaction of benzyl acetate is allowed to proceed well, can arrive up to 93.7 % in yield.
