摘要
陕北油田联合站普遍采用"气浮+油水分离器+改性纤维球过滤+PE精细过滤"工艺处理油田采出水,注水水质变化表现为采油污水经水处理系统后出水水质波动较大,不能满足回注要求,为此经室内药剂优选试验并根据现场情况,提出了回注水水质稳定处理技术方案,通过对系统药剂调整和工艺操作改变,同时对系统全程的水质进行监测,保证了注水水质的稳定。文章分析了造成水质不稳定的因素,对水质恶化的机理进行了阐述,并提出相应的水质稳定措施。
Oilfield sewage processed by gas suspension, oil-water separattion, differential fiber filtration, and PE fine filtration through the water treatment system undulated in quality and failed to meet the standard for returning. Therefore, strategies on stabilizing water quality were proposed based on optimization of agentias and operation conditions as well as real time monitoring on water quality of the whole process. The study analyzed the factors accounting for the instability of water quality and elaborated the degradation mechanism of water quality, and afforded measures to stabilize the water quality.
