摘要
海外项目投标阶段风险管理是海外项目管理的重要组成部份,项目投标阶段的风险将影响项目中标以后的顺利实施。本文以沙特某化工配套变电站项目投标为例,对承包商在投标阶段可能面临的风险进行风险识别、分析及评价,并提出风险的应对建议。
Risk management in bidding phase of the overseas project is an important part of overseas project management, and the bidding phase risks will impact the project execution. Taking one Saudi Power Substation Expansion Project bidding for example, the writer identified and analyzed the risks which way be happened during the project bidding phase and provided some response advices.
