摘要
根据某甜菜制糖厂污水处理站运行现状,对"IC厌氧法-好氧法-气浮法"的制糖废水主体处理工艺和运行中存在的问题进行全面分析,结合甜菜制糖工业废水由于其流量大、有机物浓度高、且季节性生产的特点,提出可行的调试方案,通过对生化系统调试,提高了系统的去除效果,保证出水水质的稳定。该工程自2011年10月投入使用,至今处理效果稳定,各项出水指标均可达到《制糖工业水污染排放标准》(GB21909-2008)一级排放标准,为同类型工业污水的处理提供参考经验。
According to the operation situation of a beet sugar refinery sewage treatment station. Making a comprehensive analysis of the main treatment process - "IC (internal circulation anaerobic reactor) anaerobic - aerobic pool - air flotation" and problems existing in the operation, combined with the characteristics of its large wastewater flow, high concentration of organic matter, and the seasonal production of the sugar beet sugar industry wastewater. Then put forward feasible debugging scheme, through the biochemical system debugging, improve the removal efficiency of the system, and guarantee the stability of the effluent water quality. The project has been put into production since October 2011 and has been obtaining stable treatment results. The indexes of every item can meet the requirements of the first class of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants (GB8978-1996). It provides a reference for processing of the same kind of industrial wastewater.
