摘要
对都匀楼梯草多糖含量及抗氧化性能进行测定。结果表明,都匀楼梯草多糖的含量为0.0677μg/mL,提取率2.63%,其多糖具有一定的清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基和DPPH自由活性。
The content determination of polysaccharide and the antioxidant activity of E.duyunens. The results showed that the E.duyunens of polysaccharides content was 0.0677 μg/mL, extraction efficiency was 2.63 %, the polysaccharide had some superoxide anion radicals, hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical capabilities.
