摘要
《有机化学》作为一门重要的基础课程,具有自己特有的知识体系和特点。为了提高食品专业学生学习有机化学课程的质量和对知识的应用能力,进行有机化学教学改革,结合食品专业特点,引入与专业结合的案例教学,使枯燥乏味的有机化学反应和机理教学内容生动化和实际化,从而提高学生的学习质量。
Organic chemistry is one important basic course. The knowledge system of organic chemistry is unique. In order to improve the learning quality and application ability of the food major, it is necessary to conduct the reform in the method of teaching Organic Chemistry, meeting the demands of food professional. The introduction of Case Method Teaching in the lecture of organic chemistry can vivify the dull and dry procedure of learning reactions and mechanisms, enhancing the efficiency of students.
