猪对蕉藕块茎浆养分的消化利用及表观消化能的测定

用四头健康的阉公猪 (体重 39 5± 2kg) ,进行两次消化试验 ,第一次喂以基础日粮 ,第二次喂以 78 76 %基础饲粮+2 1 2 4%蕉藕块茎 [干物质 (DM)基础 ]组成的被测日粮。用全粪法进行消化试验 ,用套算法计算出蕉藕块茎浆各营养成分消化率为 :DM72 4 9% ,粗蛋白 (CP) :- 39 2 3% ,粗脂肪 (EE) :- 5 6 1 % ,粗纤维 (CF) - 9 0 1 % ,无氮浸出物 (NFE) 93 70 % :表观消化能 (ADE) :1 0 0 38兆焦 (MJ) /kg(DM基础 )。实验结果表明 :中猪对蕉藕块茎浆除NFE的消化率较高外 ,对其它养分的消化率偏低 ,甚至出现负值。一方面表明蕉藕可作为一种能量饲料供猪利用 ,另一方面表明欲提高蕉藕利用率 ,仍有一些未知限制因子 (如丹宁等 )

Four mals pigs(39 5kg±2kg)were chosen to carry out two digest experiments The basic diet was fed firstly,then the experimentdiet was fed that the diet comlined 78 76% of the basic diet and 21 24% of cannaindical stalk paste(Conrerted into dry matter) The digest experiments was carried out by full collection method,the digestibility of canna indical stalk paste is followed:DM、72 49%,CP、39 23%、EE、-5 61%,CF、-9 01,NFE、93 7%;ADE、10 038 MJ/Kg(Base on Dried matter) Based on these results,it is concluded that the digestibility of the other nutrition is low except NFE On one hand,Canna indical stalk may he used in energy feedstuff,on the other hand,if we expect that its digestibility is improved,we must study to search for some limtted factors further
