摘要
利用水下爆炸测试方法对玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药受压前后的冲击波波形参数进行测量,计算得出乳化炸药的减敏程度与受压距离之间的关系;并用扫描电镜观测了玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药在动压作用前后的微观结构。最后得出,乳化炸药的减敏程度随所受动压强度减小而减小;另一方面,受压后的乳化炸药微表面发生液滴聚结,宏观上表现为破乳。
Shockwave parameters of emulsion explosive sensitized by glass micro-balloon(GMB)pressured fore--and--aft were measured by underwater explosion testing method. The relationship between pressed distance and desensitization degree of emulsion explosive was obtained.electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the morphology of emulsion explosive sensitized by glass micro-balloon(GMB)been pressed or not been pressed. At last, Desensitization degree of emulsion explosive decreased with the decreasing of dynamic pressure intensity was found. The droplets of emulsion explosive microprofile were coalescence, and the demulsification was shown.
