测定纺织品中禁用偶氮染料的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Banned Azo Dyes in Textiles

GB/T 17592-2011《纺织品禁用偶氮染料的测定》规定了纺织品上禁用偶氮染料的测定方法。该测定方法的不确定度来源于校准过程、样品称量、溶液量取和测试过程等。本试验采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定纺织品上禁用偶氮染料中的可分解芳香胺3,3’-二甲氧基联苯胺的含量为例,对影响测定结果的各因素进行分析,评定其不确定度。

GB/T 17592-2011 ＂Textiles-Determination of the banned azo colourants＂ prescribes the method for the determination of banned azo dyes in textiles. The sources of uncertainty of the method come from the calibration process, sample weighing, solution measuring and testing process. In the experiment, taking the determination of the content of 3,Y-Dimethoxybenzidine by GC-MS for example, the uncertainty of the factors influencing the result of determination is evaluated.
