高能燃烧剂(BHN)对富燃料推进剂特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过激光粒度仪分析了高能燃烧剂(BHN)的粒径及粒径分布,利用DSC和TG-DTG热分析仪分析了BHN及含BHN的富燃料推进剂热分解特性,采用燃烧实验装置研究了推进剂的燃烧特性及燃烧火焰结构,最终对BHN和含BHN的富燃料固体推进剂的机械安全性能(撞击感度、摩擦感度)进行了评价。结果表明,随着高能燃烧剂BHN含量的增加,富燃料推进剂的质量燃烧热值和体积燃烧热值均增大,而密度减小;BHN的撞击感度和摩擦感度均较低,随着BHN含量的增加,富燃料推进剂的撞击感度增加,而摩擦感度没有明显的变化;富燃料推进剂的燃速和燃速压强指数随BHN含量的增加均有不同程度的降低,富燃料推进剂(BP-4)在3 MPa下的燃速降低30.45%,燃速压强指数也由基础配方的0.442降低到0.415。 The particle size and size distribution of high energetic combustion agent (BHN) were analyzed with laser particle analyzer.The thermal decomposition characteristics of BHN and fuel rich solid propellant containing BHN were investigated by DSC and TG-TDG techniques.The combustion properties and combustion flame structures of propellants were investigated by using the burning device.Also,the mechanical sensitivity (impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity)of BHN and fuel rich propellant with BHN were explored.The results show that the mass and volume combustion heat of fuel rich propellant increase with increase of the mass content of BHN,whereas,the density decreases.The impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of BHN are low,the impact sensitivity of propellant containing BHN is higher but the friction sensitivity data shows little change.The burning rate and pressure exponent of fuel rich solid propellants decrease with increase of the mass content of HBN in propellant formulation,the burning rate of fuel rich propellant containing 10% BHN at 3.0 MPa decreases by 30.45%,and the pressure exponent decreases from 0.442 to 0.415.
