摘要
中国的东亚战略有多种选择。东亚形势的变化表明,1998-2008年执行的东亚战略需要调整。2009年以后中国对外政策发生变化,这个战略调整可能已经开始。在中美两极权力结构趋于明显的形势之下,中国应该尊重大国政治,放弃支持东盟主导地区秩序的战略优先,转而谋求中美两极均势秩序,实现国家利益和地区治理的双重目标。
China has many strategic choices in East Asia. The recent political changes in East Asia indicate that China＇ s East Asia strategy during 1998-2012 needs some adjustment. Actually, China＇ s foreign policy has been changing since 2009, and a strategic adjustment has begun. As a bipolar structure between China and the United States is building up in East Asia, China should respect great power politics and adopt a new East Asia strategy to realize national interests and regional govern- ance. This new strategy pursues a regional order based on a balance of power of bipolar structure, rather than on an ASEAN- led multilateralism.
