大型高温焙砂料罐的设计

摘要 结合镍铁冶炼项目,设计了大型高温焙砂料罐,解决了有色冶金工业中长距离、大运量、高温物料输送的难题料罐采用新材料和新结构,具有安全系数高、结构紧凑、保温性能好、节能降耗等优点。 Large high-temperature calcine tank was designed combining with ferronickel smelting projects in order to solve the difficult problem of long-distance and big-capacity transportation of high temperature materials in nonferrous metallurgy industry. New materials and new structure types were adopted, which make the tank has advantages of high safety factor, compact structure, excellent thermal insulation performance and low heat dissipation. The design of the tank filled the gaps of relevant industry.
