摘要
利用制动器试验台对路试进行模拟试验,将LabVIEW运用于汽车制动领域的研究,发挥其独特的优势,根据能量守恒定律建立的数学模型,设计了基于LabVIEW的汽车制动器速度控制系统。系统针对实际控制系统验证范围有限等问题进行了模拟并应用于实际,以达到检测制动器性能的目的。试验证明,该汽车制动器控制系统能够描绘出汽车运行的变化规律,可以测试出汽车制动器的性能,符合最初设计目标及要求,实现了对汽车制动器工作台的模拟功能,提高了国内制动器的质量验证技术水平。
Road test simulation experiment was carried out using brake test rig, the LabVIEW was applied to research in the field of automotive braking and its unique advantages were played, a vehicle speed control system based on LabVIEW was designed according to the mathematical model established on the law of conservation of energy. The problems such as limited verification of actual control system were simulated and applied to the practice, in order to achieve the purpose of detection of brake performance. Experiment proved that the automobile brake control system is able to describe the change rule of vehicle operation and test out the automobile brake performance, conforming to the original design goals and requirements. It can realize the function simulation of automobile brake workbench, effectively improve the quality of the domestic brake test technology.
